      Hi,

      I don’t know what else to change so I am sure I am missing something simple and maybe just need a second set of eyes.

      I want to add a theme color (or replace one — I choose orange #ff7f3a) on this dev site http://rollsdev.chashutch.com/ with the dark blue from a site I did last year http://1nighttounite.org (Epik Dark Blue #293f5e). I have modified all of the orange in the css to be #293f5e, refreshed, cleared cache, etc, etc. BUT it won’t change from the “default” color of light blue.

      Any help would be greatly appreciated. Love your themes by the way.

        Have you already selected a different theme color/skin in the Genesis Theme Settings?

          Thanks for the response, Wes.

          Yes, I have changed the color/skin in the Genesis Theme Settings. Here is what I have done:

          1. Modify the CSS, changing all of the color codes for “Orange” to #293f5e (Dark Blue) using Find/Replace All
          2. Save the style.css
          3. Go to the site and refresh
          4. Go to Genesis/Theme Settings
          5. Change the color from Default to Orange
          6. Save

          The color is still the default light blue.

            Are you using a caching plugin? Usually when this happens its because the plugin needs to refresh/clear the cache.

            If that’s not it, I can login and take a quick look for you if you want.

              Hey Wes,

              I have deactivated the caching plugin (Word Fence) and tried again. It’s still showing the default Light Blue.

              What I did was to change all of the instances of #19c1ff (default) to #293f5e (Epik Dark Blue) and it’s working now. Not sure why changing the orange didn’t work.
