    Hi, i would like modify the theme for have posts with author thumbnail and comments on homepage like the theme P2 of automatic.

    Is there any way to do this?

    I’m not even sure where to start in order to make that type of modification. The closest thing I can think of is just using the blog as the homepage, but that won’t show the author avatar on the side……so I’m not really sure to be honest.

    @Wes, the only comments shotcode in the page that you indicate show the number of comments, not the list of comments.

    Yes, thats what I was saying. I only know how to show the comments (count) in post info/meta only….I haven’t seen how to do something like that with Genesis just yet. You could ask some of the developers in the SP Community Forums to see if they have any ideas. You could also do a Google search for it, but the solutions may or may not work with Genesis, since Genesis is setup differently than the average WP theme.
