Configuration and last update

I want to send you an image capture so that it is better understood, but it is not possible here.
What I want is the following:
After the H1 of each publication, there is a section where the date and the author appear
If I update an article after several months. I notice that after H1 the date is not updated or in any case only the date and author continue to appear.
What I want is that after I update a publication three things appear after the H1: AUTHOR, LAST UPDATE AND DATE.
In simple words I want the word “Last update” to appear
When one publishes articles, our readers will always want updated content and if content appears that is dated months or years ago, it will not matter. And this is very important for SEO.
