Creating other portfolio pages

I am wanting to create different portfolio pages and know that I can do it by changing the custom fields but on my pages and posts there is no custom field just
Custom Body Class

Custom Post Class
Is this the same or am I missing something?

Look at the top right of your page editor and click the tab that says “Screen Options”. Once it opens you can check the “Custom Fields” box and they will appear at the bottom.
