Demo content not loading

      Hello, I have installed the XML file and the widget file, but none of the demo content seems to be displaying. URL: http://e11.845.myftpupload.com/

      Any help is appreciated.

        The WordPress XML uploader will only import Posts, Pages, etc. More info – https://appfinite.com/tutorials/how-to-import-the-demo-content/

        If you’re looking to import the Homepage Widgets, then you’ll need to download and use the Widget Importer as explained here – https://appfinite.com/theme-setup/aspire-theme-setup/#ihp

        If you’re unable to get either of those working, I can login and do it for you if you’re able to create a temporary user/pass.

        Just let me know!

          I downloaded the Widget Installer and file and demo content is still not working. If this is a private thread I will post login details. Please advise.

              Ok, I just uploaded the file and everything seemed to work, but for some reason your home page wasn’t showing any of the homepage widgets. So I went to Settings > Reading and saw that you had your homepage settings set to this – http://i.imgur.com/a42DITV.png

              So that’s the reason it wasn’t working before. I changed it to Latest Posts so the homepage template will be activated. If you want to have a blog page, create a Page title it Blog, and then choose the Blog Template in the righthand sidebar.
