    Hey,

is Disqus plugin compatibile with the Aspire theme?

Because I have installed it in both of my sites and the sites didn’t show the comment. I try to disable some settings from disqus menu but didn’t work.

    My sites are:

    https://www.stefanocomizzoli.com
    https://www.businesselite.club

    Thanks in advance

Yes it should work fine. Make sure you turn on your Comments by adjusting the Settings here – Settings > Discussion – https://www.stefanocomizzoli.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php

Let me know if that helps

Yes, the comments are turned on. I checked on the editor of any articles and it’s turned on there too. I verified the settings of Disqus but it didn’t work.

Even if I disable the plugin I still don’t see comments.

    This is the discussion tab:

And this is the Disqus settings:

    Thanks in advance

It should work with the Aspire Theme and pretty much every Genesis Child theme. The Child theme doesn’t have any code inside of it that would block or prevent this or any other 3rd Party plugins from working.

    Here’s a screenshot from when I tested it – https://i.imgur.com/EEOCX8N.png

I’m not sure why it’s not working on your end. If you look at your settings and still can’t get it to work, then I would contact the developers of this plugin to see if they might know what the issue is.

    One more thing…

Also check your Genesis Theme Settings Page and make sure the Comments are set to Enabled.
