Entry Content Slamming into Image surround

Could you kindly provide some CSS to keep the p text from slamming into the side of the image surround on the search results and blog results pages (http://advcredit.camrud.net/?s=rescore).

I’ve found the .entry-content, but when I put some pixel padding on the img it just pushes out from the image and moves the surrounding line further out.

We are trying to launch the site, so if you could provide exact directions to avoid a lot of back and forth discussion it would be appreciated.
