CustomerMaybe it the browser, but some of my pages don’t load correctly in Internet Explorer 11 (64bit)
I’ve just changed from Legacy to Epik, hoping this would improve things, and it has a little.
I’ve just added Home Feature 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and noticed Feature 13 doesn’t line up. It works in Chrome. Also noticed the Search Box doesn’t have “Search” in it. If you look at http://www.accware.co.uk/testimonials/ some of the information isn’t even displayed (although I do use Shortcodes Ultimate for some impact features).
Is this an IE 11 issue, or is there something missing from Legacy and Epik that would make them work 100% compatible with this version of IE.
Website: http://www.accware.co.uk
Just need to work out how to add a white banner at the top of the page and put my Logo there.
Any comments/help appreciated.

CustomerMinor tweaks in the CSS file to reduce the margin from 1.3% to 1.2% in each of 10, 11 & 12 helped fix the Home Feature i.e.
.home-feature-10 {
float: left;
margin: 0 1.2% 0 0;
width: 24%;
}
Still working on the other issues.June 20, 2014 at 10:15 am #12790Mio
CustomerI recently launched a site using the Epik theme and the end user (a potential client of my client) is using IE v10 and is seeing a broken site. So far, they are the only folks to see this. I think this is probably a compatibility issue but wanted to run it by you in case you’ve seen this before and know of possible solutions. I need to know if this is something I can resolve or if I have to redo the whole site for the client. I have a screenshot of what they see, but don’t see a place on here to upload it…? The site is http://ecosmithrecyclers.com.

CustomerMio,
Just had a look at your site in IE11 running on Windows 7 (64bit) and it looks great – nothing broken.
After a bit of searching relating to issues I had with the Revolution slider, it turned out to be my browser and NOT Revolution or Epik.
I actually had my website in Compatibility View, so removed it and checked the “Use Microsoft Compatibility lists”, cleared the cache and it ran OK.June 20, 2014 at 12:17 pm #12797Mio
CustomerThank you myerswb. It is a town government end user so I’m suspecting firewall or caching issues. I have wpengine as my host so I’m working with them too.
