Font Weirdness

Hi all – Working on a site for a local business and I am having some font weirdness I was hoping someone could explain…
The site itself is located at http://ddj.masterswitch.net.
The problems I am having are that specifically the caps letters in the font used are intermittently displaying as an outline as seen in this screen grab.

It’s not consistent from frame to frame or header tag to header tag. I dont think its a problem with the theme – probaby the font.
Thoughts anyone?
