      Where are the templates for Contact page, buttons & boxes & the 1152 grid? I don’t see them in the menu

        Those aren’t template pages, they are regular pages with code added in. The contact page in the demo – http://demo.appfinite.com/epik/contact/ is using a premium plugin called Gravity Forms. As mentioned on the contact page, you would need to purchase that plugin in order to use it – http://www.gravityforms.com/

        For the buttons and boxes page in the demo: The instructions on how to add this code is also at the bottom of the demo page – http://demo.appfinite.com/epik/buttons-boxes/
