Ah, I forgot that you’re using the Elevate theme and that option isn’t in there just yet since it was originally designed to show the Blog on the homepage by default. I’ll be adding a feature inside this theme that will allow you to easily turn it on and off with one click coming soon (early next week).
The Layout settings of Pages and Posts can be found near the bottom of the Page/Post editor. This feature is available in nearly all Genesis Themes since it’s based on the Framework and not the Child theme, unless a Child theme has certain Layouts added or removed.
