Hi, I am using the Genesis Responsive Slider with the Epik theme. I have the box checked for Hide Title & Content on Mobile Devices, but the excerpt still displays at the smaller screen sizes.

    Is there a fix?

I contacted the Genesis Responsive Slider plugin author Ron Rennick; however, his response was “Contact the Epik theme provider for support.”

If not please recommend a different slider. I am using slider wide and I want the slider to fill the browser window width at 100% x 400px.

    Thanks Eve.

    Hi @elurie

I’m not sure why they would send you to a 3rd party Community forum since the plugin was created by himself (not Appfinite). The Epik Child theme does not affect how the Slider functionality works. If there is a plugin issue, it would show up on any Genesis child theme you use….including StudioPress themes or 3rd party themes like Appfinite’s themes.

I’ve seen many times where other users get sent to different sites (like this) anytime a user is having an external plugin issue, when it’s best that the actual plugin developer should be handling those issues. Again, I’m not sure why they would send their issue to a 3rd party Community that has nothing to do with the plugin, but I’ll step up and help you if they don’t support it or if they’re not able to help for some reason.

Do you have a link to your site?

Would you like for me to login to your site to see if I can fix whatever the issue may be?

I’m Sorry that you weren’t helped by the developer of the plugin, hopefully we can find out what’s going on so you can get everything setup.
