The site title remains after a header image has been uploaded and published using Optimal 1.3. Looks to be a bug. Can we get a fix?

Did you check “Appearance – Customize” “Site Title & Tagline” from dashboard and uncheck DISPLAY HEADER TEXT. Then clear any cache on site or on your browser and refresh.

Also the Header Image is showing in customization?

Thanks Andy but the option for removing site title and tag line is not available.
I have checked on other sites where I’m using the inSynch theme and it’s not there either.
Are you seeing it on your end? I do remember it used to be present before Genesis ported over to the new customization methods.
          pretty frustrated.

@futurewebboss No, it’s not a bug, you just need to follow @Andykev’s advice to get everything fixed by adjusting your settings. I assume you already got it working though right?

When I checked your site I didn’t see your site title showing.

As mentioned I did not find the option for removing the title in customization. Wasn’t there. Can’t follow. I overcame the issue by centering the site title and description. It’s workable.

Hmmm Ok, thats a totally different site that you originally posted. It looks like you’ve posted 2 separate links to 2 different sites……but if you got it working then thats all that matters. Im not sure what happened on your end, but it seems to work perfectly on my end with no issues. I wish I knew what was going on, but oh well! As long as you got it worked out.

                Glad I could assist 馃檪
