      Hi,

      Been thinking about doing “something” with my Header now that the site has been stabilized. In the WP Dashboard of my site, Genesis sez to upload an image of 960×100 px for good fit. And so I’m wondering, is that the size appfinite recommends. If not what size is best?

      Now that I’ve got your attention…What I’d like to accomplish is this: I do like my simple text header and I like the color-scheme. What I’d like to end-up with is a very fine “veil” of texture between the text and the background and I don’t know if I should look to add that veil from someplace(?) or should I look for an image where I can adjust the background color to suit my needs. Did I make sense here?

      As usual, I have little to no idea how to proceed so any advice is welcome.

        You can use any size you want for the header. You can look at any of the tutorials online (Google search). Here is the first result – http://www.carriedils.com/add-logo-genesis-theme/ to help you get a better understanding of how it works.
