Help with Responsive Design Tweaks on Epik

Hi all – any responsive design experts here? Looking at iPhone Portrait Size

I’m trying to achieve the below. Any suggestions are appreciated.

1) set the logo box above the site name header
2) get the author text under the author avatar
3) make a certain image (under name script) to display:none, but not other images
4) only shrink the ‘notify me of followup comments via e-mail’ text so it fits
