How to Change favicon?

      Can you please advise how to change the favicon? I’ve uploaded the favicon file in a few different places and nothing is working.

        You can upload it to the child theme’s “images” folder (you probably have already done this). Then you’ll have to either clear your browser cache, reload your browser, or wait for the server to show it.

        I’ve uploaded favicons before, and it took a little while for it to show up. I think it has to do with the servers.

          Just found the problem for me was the favicon.ico file in the images folder

          I uploaded a png and replaced the exisiting favicon.png but it had no effect until I renamed favicon.ico to favicon.icox
