I want to align logo with menu. Tried almost every tip.

I want to align logo with menu. The more padding I add the further down the menu goes as well.

You’re using the wrong Nav for that. You need to head over to your widgets page and use the Custom Menu Widget and place it inside the “Header Right” widget area. Then deactivate the Primary Nav since you won’t need to use it for this situation.
