I don’t know if this is an Epik Theme question or a Woocommerce question.

I can get the images to show up in my shop or storefront but when you actually
have something in the cart and go to the cart page…

The “cross-sell” images don’t show up.

I’ve tried to adjust the image size and that didn’t help.

Any ideas why images might not show up in this one particular area?

Yeah that would be a question you’d need to ask in the WooCommerce forums since it’s their plugin. They would be able to answer much better than we can.

Here is what I got back from the WooCommerce forum.

“This is not a WooCommerce issue. I would suggest you switch to 2012 theme and turn off all plugins except WC and report back…”

Now, when I switch to the 2012 theme to test this I can switch back to Epik and everything will be the same right?

It’s supposed to, but there are no guarantees. Always back everything up however you have to just in case. It should save the widgets and place them in the unused section….but again, backup everything first.

I switched themes and then back again.

The cross-sell images didn’t show up at checkout for the default themes either.

I’m taking this issue back to WooCommerce.

Ok, yeah I was going to say there’s no way the child theme would affect that. That is definitely WooCommerce functionality. If I had more experience with the plugin I’d at least try and help, but I have no clue, and I don’t want to mislead you in the wrong direction.
