This is completely random.
When I try to switch from default to a different color (like red for the CSS), nothing happens.
It was also weird that when I went to remove the widgets, nothing happened either.
I had to remove content, then save, then delete the widget for it to work.
How do I change the CSS manually?
Any ideas on this?
Oh if I forgot to mention, here are some specs:
Genesis 2.0.2
Wordpress 3.8.1
Epik 1.3
I’ve never seen that happen before. Do you have any plugins active that may be conflicting with Genesis? If so, try and deactivate each one to see if that fixes the issue.
Also, do you have any custom code added anywhere? That could also be a issue if there is an error, or conflicting code.
If your widgets aren’t acting right, try reloading the page and then adding/editing your widgets. I noticed that with WordPress (using any type of theme) if I close my laptop, and open it up later (like the next day) the widgets don’t save, which means I need to refresh the page. I think WP may have intentionally set it up that way, but I’m not sure.
To edit the css you can do so by looking in your style.css file. You can use the WP editor or you can edit it through FTP (recommended).
