      how do i add a header to the landing page template similar to what is shown at http://my.copyblogger.com/join-authority/

      I would like to add my logo to the header and for the header to be the theme’s dark-blue color. I would also like for my standard footer and copyright to show at the bottom. Thanks for your help

          Check out the landing page template in your theme. There should be lines of code that remove each part of the design. So I’m guessing all you would need to do is remove the lines that you want to show.
