Link from Home Feature section showing up in footer

On just the homepage, the home feature section link is showing up in Footer 1 where I have Simple Social Icons. Footer shows up correctly on all other pages.

I’ve tried deleting the content out of the section, using different sections, changing footer widgets, changing order of footer widgets, or eliminating sections but whatever link is contained in the above section it shows up as the first link item in the footer.

I feel like a end tag needs to go somewhere…but I’m not sure where since its a dynamic php file.

@lisa.m.schneider This usually happens in html when there is a missing tag somewhere. For example, if you have an opening tag – <a href="sample.com"> you would need to have a closing tag at the end – </a> It looks like there is a missing </a> in a couple places. So once you go through all of your code and add them in then it should fix itself.
