Logo display (mobile/responsive)
The way the epik theme logo actually displays in a mobile phone environment is centered – (this is what I want).
I realize the epik “logo is actually text and not an image.
However – even though I played with the client logo to display in the same fashion (left of the full screen size) the image file has very few pixels off to the left of the logo in the actual file.
However – this is not the case for the theme demo on my actual iPhone or my client’s site:

How do I format the logo image (image width, etc) so that it properly displays as centered in a mobile environment please?

You could try adding background-position: center top !important; to your #header in your responsive section.
Or you could use the Genesis Responsive Header plugin by Nick – http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header
