I discovered that that logo positioning is again somewherelse, I have reactivated w3 tota cash that is setted as Synthesis requires…can I fix it somehow? what I can do?

You probably just need to empty the W3 total cache, because your changes to the code isn’t showing up at all…..which usually means the cache needs to be cleared from the plugin.
Yes I had to do an “hard” uninstall of w3 total cache, folder, modified header in the wp- config, and install again…from scratch..thanks for your kind reply
