logo settings conflict with tag line settings

A few issues regarding the logo.

1)When the tag line is entered in the general settings area, the text overwrites on top of the logo.

2) If the tag line is removed totally, part of the logo gets cut off in the header.

3) You will notice that we temporarily inserted a small dot (period) in the tag line of the general settings as a temporary fix.

Please help.

You can add padding to the top of .epik-blue .site-description in your css and it will move it down.
