Making secondary menu stick to top of screen

Is it possible to make the secondary menu or the header area in Epik stick to the top of the screen in the same way as Minimal Pro theme (as used here http://www.praisedancetoday.com/). I am using Epik on a few sites and would like the top area to be sticky so people can navigate the site without having to keep scrolling back up http://xclusivecorporatefitness.com/

Thanks in advance for any tips on how to make this happen

Give this a try – http://jennifergrayeb.com/2013/09/freeze-header-on-genesis-epik-theme/ and see if that works.
