      I’m requesting the complete download version of the Epik theme (i.e., version) I purchased. The complete files are not in my account.

                Can support read this thread?

                Issue:

                I tried using a different computer and the results are the same. The three (3) download links you added are referring me to the “store.” Additionally, if the links were actual download links they should be links for them under the “Download” tab in my account.

                The only link that works under the Epik “view” tab is the old (i.e., EPIK 1.5 (OLD)) link. Nothing else works. Please advise. Thanks.
