      Hi there

      Our site is showing the mobile version in Internet Explorer, it’s showing desktop version properly in Chrome and Firefox.

      I tried deactivating plugins but still showed mobile version. Any suggestions? Site is carbidoff.com. Thanks

        I don’t have IE since I’m using a Mac, but hopefully someone with access to IE can check for us. What version of IE are you using?

        Is there anyone out there with IE that can check his site for us?

                Yeah I had already did a quick scan a few days ago and didn’t see anything. In order to really know I would need a PC and that version of Internet Explorer to see what’s going on. If it was working before and is not working now, then it could be a bug with IE itself, or it could be any custom code or plugins that were added after everything was done that could be causing the issue. Recently I was just helping someone figure out an issue that we thought was the theme and it turned out to be a known bug within Internet Explorer itself. Hopefully it’s not, and we can find someone that has access to this browser and developer tools.

                I usually try something like – browserstack.com but it’s not always 100% accurate, plus it doesn’t have IE11, it just goes to IE8…..which looked fine on my end.

                    Ok, I just made the comment above public, so you should be able to see it now.

                    Not sure why the private replies aren’t visible to some people. It’s a plugin that I’m using, I’ll notify the developer to see if there’s a fix.
