How do I get rid of the image that resides in the body of the post? When they click on the post I want them to be able to see a bigger image and maybe several images and a description. But right now if I have an image in the post it shows up twice on the Portfolio page or as I call it the gallery page. Here is a link to what the page looks like:

You just need to set a content limit and that extra featured image will go away. It’s at the bottom of your Genesis Theme Settings page in the Portfolio Settings Section.

The portfolio is not intended to show all of the text, images, and other content of the post….its really just supposed to be excerpts or content limits since they are pretty thin.

Yes, that worked perfectly. Thank you. I also discovered that you can limit the excerpt by using the “Insert More” tag in the post. Yeah, finally I got it to work.

            Great, glad it’s working 🙂
