Have a portfolio page that is not playing nice. The rows don’t seem to be getting completely filled before starting the next row.

I know exactly what it is. I need to add an update to this theme that will fix that issue. Have you already made customizations to your theme? If so, I’ll send you the code that needs to be adjusted instead of you having to update you’re entire theme.
Also, are you using the latest version of the theme?
