I am using a full-width image header and it does not behave responsively. (Is that a word??) In order to have the logo scale, do I need to use a logo the size of your demo and put the navigation in the right header instead? I’m working behind a coming soon plugin but if you need to see the site, I can take that down. Here’s a screen shot: http://makingonlinesimple.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Google-Chrome.png.
Thanks, Allegra
You have two options to make your logo responsive:
1. You can create a separate smaller logo to show when the site is resized or from a mobile phone/tablet.
2. You can use the css “background -size” option. More info and a quick tutorial on how to do this can be found here – http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_background-size.asp
Thanks, Wes! I created a smaller logo.
Great! You’re Welcome!
