    Hi,
I have the slider set to 1140 x 350 but the image for the Slider Wide widget is left aligning with an image that is only 920px wide. (The original image is over 2000px.) The Slider widget is centering but is still only displaying a 920px wide image no matter what I set the width to in the settings.

I’m working locally so I can’t share the link.

    Any ideas?
    Thank you!

There’s not much we can do without a link since we would definitely need to see one in order to know what’s going on. Otherwise there’s no way to know.

The only thing I can say is to double check your slider settings. You probably just have the width still set to 920px when it should be 1140px or whatever you need it to be. Also, use a plugin called Regenerate Thumbnails anytime you change the size of your image settings throughout your theme.

I’m actually having the same issue. Settings are marked to 1140×350, but is only displaying to 920. Site is a mockup, you can see it here.

@ellaj Check your version numbers at the top of the stylesheet. Version 1.3 is the latest version where they added the 2 slider areas. Version 1.2 only has one.

    Thanks, Eric.

I have 1.3 for my new site. I fixed all of the issues I was having…I realized I had to make the images the exact same as the slider to make it work properly. I also changed the css to center the image so it wasn’t floating left.
    Thank you!

    You’re Welcome ๐Ÿ™‚

Your site looks great BTW. You should add it to appfinite’s showcase when it’s ready.
