      Hi Team –

Thanks for all your good help! It’s great to be on board.

I’m scratching my head over something and hope you can suggest a next step.

Epik has performed flawlessly through a series of modifications that include a click-able logo image on the home page header, and 4 slide pages in Genesis Mobile Responsive Slider.

Everything performed perfectly until yesterday when I uploaded a new logo image file in the header.

I used the “choose from media library” instead of the “upload file” option in the Appearance/Header section. I’m using Easyest Gallery for my image repository, so the image file was pulled from there instead of the previous default location (wp-content/uploads/2013/09). This is the only difference I’m aware of from the initial upload.

As soon as I saved the new logo file, the slider images stopped displaying. The slider action still functions, but all that is displayed are the names of the slide pages (Slide-1, Slide-2, etc.)

It would appear something broke when I uploaded the new logo, but I’m having a hard time imagining what. None of the slider settings changed that I’m aware of.

I would be grateful for any suggestions of where to look next.

I’m using Epik 1.3 running under Genesis 2.0 with Responsive Slider 0.9.2.

Many thanks in advance for the help!

Unfortunately it could be anything really. There is no way to know what caused the issue from our end since we can’t see what happened in your backend.

If you can, post a link to your site….not sure if that will be enough to know, but it’s worth a try.

Anyone else know what the issue could be?
