Smooth scroling not working

Hello, I’ve been using aspire pro for about a year now and my probleme is that the smooth scroll effect to get to different section of the home page from the menu is no longer working. For exemple this link in the menu “contact” should be linking to ” #front-page-11″ and nothing happen. I’ve done some test on a localhost as well but just couldn’t find where the probleme was coming from. Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi, Do you have a link that I can take a look at?

Also, which method did you use to add smooth scrolling? Did you add javascript, a plugin or something else?
