I did a Google search and came across this –

Hi, I’ve installed the plugin and it worked, but not for what I was looking for. Actually, I’d like to translate the messages that come up in the final website, like the “read more” after an excerpt from a post, or “leave a comment” after each post. I’ve already looked for the right php file to rewrite the code with my own language, but I could not find it. Any hint on this?
          Tks!

@Marcelo You can add your own read more button by taking a look at the StudioPress tutorials here – http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/post-excerpts#content-more-link

Thank you Eric, but I had already seen these tutorials. Maybe I was not clear enough: I just like to translate the message “Read More” by “Leia Mais”, which is read more in Portuguese. The same for “Leave a Comment”, which I’d like to replace by “Deixe um comentário”. I don’t want to change the link, just the message itself.

Yes that link I posted above is exactly how you would do that. To edit the “Read More” part that can be found on the second link. To change the comment part, you can find that on the first link.

Erik, sorry for the delay. Actually, the code I was looking for is in the portfolio_page.php, not in functions.php, as stated in the tutorial. I’ve found the code and translated the message. Thanks!
