      Hi All,

Has anyone had any issues when using multiple portfolios (maybe with caching)? I have three on the site and they start working but when I check back every so often I see the message “sorry, no content matched your criteria”. I’ve fixed it the past by deleting a category, building a new one and assigning the posts to it (then setting the new cat ID). However, I don’t want to keep doing that.
      Here are the three:

      http://kitchenclub.org/makers/
      http://kitchenclub.org/curators/
http://kitchenclub.org/blog/ – this one seems to be working fine

      I appreciate your help.
      Thanks,
      Bob

I’ve never seen that happen before, so I have no idea what it could be.

I’m sure you’ve already done this, but have you checked to make sure that the category you added is an active category? Is it the right ID number?

Hi Wes. The only way I know to determine the category ID is to go to Posts – Categories and then mouse-over the category name. If that’s correct, then I think I’m using the right category IDs in the portfolios.

I’m wondering that since I’m also trying to block the Makers and Curators posts from appearing on the Blog page, I’ve added those two category IDs to the Genesis-Theme Settings-Portfolio Page Settings under the Category ID’s to exclude. When I try to remove them and refresh, the site won’t show any change. That’s why I was thinking that there was something wrong with caching in general. What do you think?

I’m not sure, it’s never happened on my end. If you are using any caching plugins, try and temporarily deactivate them to see if your latest changes show.
