Trying to make navigation Bar Sticky

hello guys any idea on how to make the navigation bar sticky… i tried to make it sticky but it seems that im having a problem adjusting the margin of the content because the content is overlapping the navigation bar.

Wes hasn’t added this to any of his themes, but has pointed out in other threads (you can search for these in the forums) that Brian Gardner has a tutorial on it – http://www.briangardner.com/tutorials/sticky-menu/

The code in the tutorial should work on nearly any Genesis themes.

If that doesn’t work I’d recommend doing a google search on this topic and you’ll definitely find plenty of sources.
