If I purchased a named theme in the past, does that also entitle me to any updates of the theme? If so, how do I obtain the updated theme? And finally, where on your website does it state the theme version?

Yep, you’ll be able to get updates for free. You can access them from your account page (link in the Menu at the bottom).

I usually announce on social media when I have a new update, and I also post in the forum as well. You can check the version of the theme you’re using in the style.css file.
