It has been days since we requested the latest version of the Epik Theme. Could you kindly check our request so that we can update the website? It has been almost years since we last updated our Epik Child Theme.

Extra info: We originally purchased Epik through Genesis and have been having problems recently. We’ve now discovered that we weren’t added to your system to receive the updates; hence, we haven’t received any since 2016! Please help.

We contacted you on the Appfinite contact form originally last week and haven’t heard back. We provided all the transaction info there. Please let us know if you need them directly too and we’ll forward it to you.
