      I want to embed a video in Section 5 and have this but video is not showing up:

        I don’t think that shortcode will work inside WP Widgets, they only work on Pages or Posts. Unless you’re using a plugin that activates them, otherwise you’ll have to get the embed code from Youtube itself (sharing section of the video Page) and then add that code inside your widget.
