Video on Front Widget

Hi,

I added a Youtube Video by using Video Widget but size is too big.
Or If I use text widget with Embed code, it becomes too small even when I set width and height

How do I adjust the size of the video?

Thank you for your answer and I removed the Video widget.
Instead, I used text widget and embed code from Youtube.
However, it is shown too small now.
I also used text widget and embed code for Google map on the bottom and it is shown to small, too.

What is the reason for this issue for embed code in text widget?
How do I fix this?

I found it can be solved when I use Custom HTML widget instead of Text widget.
