      On your Aspire Pro demo the shop looks great with all the items showing identically sized thumbnails. http://demo.appfinite.net/aspire/shop/

      However on my Aspire Pro website the shop looks terrible with products showing their inmages with native proportions.

      Is this correct? Do I need to pre-crop all my images and load them the same proportions to get them to display correctly?

        I’m not sure why it shows up like that. I think it has more to do with the WooCommerce plugin rather than the theme.

        Do you have the images set to Hard Crop?

        Go to your WooCommerce Settings, click the Product Tab, then click the Display link and scroll to the bottom to set your image sizes and “Hard Crop” setting from there. That’s the only thing I did to get it to look the way it does.

        You could also try running the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to adjust the sizing of all your images to what you have set in your settings.
