The main issue is that the homepage looks funky:
iskconme2.wpengine.com
But the rest of the site looks ok with responsiveness active.
When you go to the homepage, the three columns appear very skinny – whereas previously before the customizations that columns would collapse into one column, thus preserving the nice appearance.
If there is a way to fix the homepage without pulling out responsiveness, then that would be preferred. Otherwise I’m ok with disabling responsiveness.

Next challenge will be to have 3 rows instead of three.
I found the code from this:
.content .portfolio {
width: 23%;
}
to this:
.content .portfolio {
width: 30%;
}
It changes the width, but then the misalignment returns and its no longer responsive.
