I am logged in as admin. I’m the only one who works on the site.
I use Media Temple and I have been using one click for years. This is the first time I’ve run into a problem (with Genesis or any other theme.)
I’ll remove the theme via ftp and install that way.
BTW, while I appreciate your help, this does seem buggy. While companies recommend installation through FTP, in all but 1 instance of 100+ websites, I’ve never had a problem with 1-click. The only one that was a problem was OptimizePress which is so big it timed out.
Is Appfinite monitoring this???? Has this ever happened before with 1-click installation? I HATE spending time working out a problem only to find out later that someone knew there was a problem and knows what the fix is.
