Thanks again Wes, for the fast response!
I changed the width to 400px in the style.css page, and the logo is the same size? The original size was 220 px.
Let me know what I should try next, and happy to contract with you to help make these changes!
Ron
Perfect, thanks Wes! That worked!
One more question – I want to make the logo in the upper left larger. Where can I control this setting?

Hoping for any advice! Could this be an issue with the header, or is this a Slider Wide configuration that needs to be changed. Thanks all!
Perfect, thanks Andy!
We figured this out. Separate blogs can be created through menus using Category to define separate blog pages, and the Simple Sidebars plug-in.
Hi all, I repaired by uploading the original functions.php
Alas, operator error. I was uploading to the wrong file.
Thanks!
Ron
Again, worked perfectly. Thanks Wes!!
You will need to send me an invoice, or we will just need to get you a ride on one of our helicopter shoots 馃槈
Ron
Thanks Wes, worked perfectly!
2 more questions:
1. How can I center the newly uploaded logo? I tried changing CSS to the following which did not seem to work?
.header-image .site-title a {
float: center;
min-height: 240px;
width: 100%;
}
2. How can I center the Main Nav?
All the best,
Ron
I added the logo through the header image interface on the customizer page, however the logo needs to be cropped to 360 x 70 resting in a small logo. There is also quite a distance between the logo and the nav menu. Suggestions?

Very much a work in progress… sorting the header first.
Thanks!
Ron
I just sent you an email with log-in information.
Thanks Wes!

Hello Wes, Eric-
I have followed the instructions exactly and cannot get the Featured Image to point to the post on our News page (http://www.aerialfilmworks.com/news/). When the replacement code is uploaded, and changed to reflect the Ally theme, the Featured Image disappears completely. I am happy to pay for consulting time to work out this problem! Please contact me ron@aerialfilmworks.com.
Thanks!
Ron
Figured it out! The 3.5.1 Update disabled JetPack, and thus the Edit CSS was also disabled.
Hi Eric,
Theme works fine, but the Edit CSS menu went away from the Appearance menu. Really strange!
Yes, referring to the Blog featured images. Go to our News page (http://www.aerialfilmworks.com/news/), and mouse over any of the images. The status bar at the bottom of the browser shows how the link goes to the original upload of the image and not to the news (post) article.
I’m sure there is an option, I just haven’t found it yet 馃槈
Thanks again Wes!
Ron
Disregard, I fixed by adding CSS to remove marker
