Wes, after this request, I should be good to go.
Do you think you can help me fix the mobile responsive menu portion now since that seems to be the only thing left for me to take care of on this?
Thanks man, appreciate your help.
Okay, this seemed to have worked for to help with the site header not getting cut off:
.site-header .wrap {
padding: 15px;
}

I am not having any issues with the parallax effect at this time, but I am having issues with the site header getting bumped up and getting slightly cut off by the navigation menu’s border. I added the following jQuery code to try and correct it, but the problem persist:
// Adjust header when scrolled
jQuery(document).ready(function($){
$(".site-header").after('<div class="bumper"></div>');
$(window).scroll(function () {
if ($(document).scrollTop() > 1 ) {
$('.site-header').addClass('shrink');
} else {
$('.site-header').removeClass('shrink');
}
});
});<!--formatted--><!--formatted-->
Okay, I got it to work using the following CSS:
.nav-primary {
position:fixed;
background: #5271ff;
top:0;
right:0;
left:0;
z-index:99;
}
I then had to move the header down a bit so the menu was not overlapping with it using the following CSS:
.site-header{
margin-top: 50px;
}
Now, I need to get the mobile responsive menu to display for the new position.
I will try and research how to do that and if I cannot find anything, I will ask here.
Thanks Wes
That worked at repositioning it, but now when I scroll down the parallax effect of the front-page-1 background makes it disappear from what it looks like.
Is there a way to prevent the menu from disappearing now when it is in its new location at the genesis_before_header area?
Thanks
Great! I will give that a shot.
Thanks again, Wes.
Okay, I did that and it works! Thanks Wes, I appreciate it.
I am also having a problem trying to move the primary navigation menu from the header section to the genesis_before_header section or even the genesis_before section, but I will create a new post for that.
Thanks again for your help.

BTW, the Welcome menu item is the one linked to the front-page-3 widget section.
Appreciate it.
BTW, it was working at one time and then all of a sudden it stopped, now that I recall.
Not sure what happened there, again, here is the error:
I do not have any other custom code or plugins that load JS files that I am aware of.
I got this code from Victor Font who is a Moderator on the StudioPress forums.
Here is a link to that post in the StudioPress forum: https://studiopress.community/topic/custom-javascript-scroll-to-id-all-of-a-sudden-stopped-working/
Also, here is the website that I am experiencing these issues with:

Here is the enqueue code I am using in the front-page.php file for this script:
/* SavvyPro Custom Smooth Scroll to ID
function savvypro_adding_scripts() {
wp_enqueue_script( 'savvypro-scrollTo-id-script', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/js/savvypro-scrollTo-id.js', array( 'jquery' ), '1.0.0', true );
wp_enqueue_script('savvypro_scrollTo_id_script');
}
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'savvypro_adding_scripts' );
