Never mind that last question. I uploaded the updates and everything appears to be working fine.
Thanks for the fix.
Is the fix just in the CSS or have other files changed too?
Any more news on this?
Also…for the Epik theme, I purchased this one over on studiopress.com so a fix here OR a quick push to that site for the update would be appreciated.
Thanks
Wes,
When will that fix be available? This site is supposed to launch today using WooCommerce.
Yay! Well seeing the problem is the first step in finding a solution. 馃檪
Here are some screenshots…
Here is the problem…the credit card images are HUGE!!!
https://www.stantonlanier.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/scrn1.jpg
When I apply the CSS fix suggested by Andy (above), it shrinks all the other images on pages in the WooCommerce cart and checkout sequence (see images for items in cart, and the social images in the footer)…
https://www.stantonlanier.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/scrn2.jpg
I removed the CSS provided above because it was shrinking ALL of the images on the page. I just need the credit card images resized.
I also put in a ticket with WooCommerce and they said…
“Yikes, I see what you mean! You’ll need to contact your theme developer for this one, as there is some theme-specific CSS missing that takes care of this.”
Wes, would you mind taking a look at this?
I think you were looking at the wrong page…We are developing the Woocommerce behind the present public cart.
If you go to this page and add a product to the cart…
https://www.stantonlanier.com/31-days-of-december-peace-2/
…you’ll see the product icons in the cart are tiny. Also, scroll down to the very bottom of the page and in the middle footer there are images for social media; those are shrunken as well.
I have removed the sidebar I reference in my initial post. Basically, any images on the page, sidebar, and footers shrink now when on the WooCommerce cart and check out pages. I just want it to size appropriately the credit card images provided with the Stripe plugin.
Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
Thanks…that does fix the credit card images BUT it also sizes down ALL images on the page, including what I have in my sidebar and in the these footer.
NEVERMIND…I fixed it. Thanks.
Wes,
Thanks…I’m just getting back to this one.
I’m going to need some more help with this one. Could you tell me the line number?
Just one minor issue now…
When you scroll down, our logo resizes a bit (it gets a bit smaller). How do I fix this so that scrolling down doesn’t make the logo do this?
Thanks
Thanks Wes. It’s fixed now.
I only had the other menu locations turned on so you could see where they were going.
If you look now, I’ve only got the Primary menu on. Instead of placing it to the right of my logo as in the demo, it is putting in below and centered on a new line. This is the problem we are experiencing. I need to make it look exactly like the demo.
Thanks…this one is solved.
Here is what it looks like with the menu in each placement…

Also, on context pages, the primary menu is over lapping the content…

Eric,
again…I just want to make the logo in the upper left unclickable for the entire website.
I pulled the latest CSS from the demo and re-added my customizations to the bottom of it and it works now.
I’m not sure what happened to my other CSS file. Maybe I bumped something unknowingly?
Anyway, thanks for the help.
Great! That fixed the problem with the .home-feature-bg-alt region…
However, the nav menu still isn’t loading in mobile responsive mode?
Thanks Wes.
I made all the suggested tweaks. Spacing on the content pages look good now…
http://www.tommynewberryonline.com/?page_id=8
But the home page is a problem. The logo sits flush on top of the slider so I need add some space there without adding it to the content pages.
Nevermind…just figured it out.
Thanks! That fixed it!
Okay, I just fixed the logo issue (this was a bug in the css in the build from the Studio Press website…the default css should have it at 360, but it is 300. the admin says 360×164 but anyway, its fixed now)…
I’m down to just the bullets in the sidebar issue…
Adding this to the end of my css still does nothing to add bullets to the site…
.sidebar li {
list-style-type: disc;
margin-bottom: 6px;
padding: 0px;
word-wrap: break-word;
}
See http://successcoach.wpengine.com/superfocus/ (Priority Concepts Include on the sidebar)
Just noticed, on my Android it is also cutting off the right end of the logo as well.
Also, am I in the right place for developer support or is this just for public questions?
Also, I just noticed the nav menu is also shifting to the left instead of staying right aligned (this can been see in the 2nd screenshot above as well.)
Phil,
Thanks, but changing these values is having no effect on bulleted lists in sidebars.
There is an example list on this page under “Priority Concepts Include” in the sidebar…

Thanks for taking a look.
