      Is there a way for you to notify people like myself who accidentally purchased the theme via StudioPress of updates? I had to stumble around in the support forum to find a mention of an update. I’m used to having WordPress just notify me of a theme update. Also, is v.1.3 the latest version? That’s what’s listed on SP. Because of purchasing from SP, it looks like I’ll have to figure out how to do a manual update, even though I’ve made no code changes. Correct?

        You have the exact same theme as what’s sold here so I don’t want you to think you made a mistake or anything.

          Thank you for the quick response and reference to other forum comments.

          How do I do the update? When I tried to upload the zip file, I received a message that the file already existed. Bear in mind I have not made any code changes. I don’t have that knowledge so I rely on widgets.

            You have to delete the current theme and upload the new one. Same thing happened to me with another theme and it took me forever to figure it out. That’s just the way WordPress works.

              Thanks, Scooby! I’ll try that. Thank goodness I haven’t done any coding customization or it would probably be more complicated.

              I do know to make sure I back up the site before I do anything.
