To do this, you would need to create a new widget next to the slider. You can do this from the home.php file, if you know how to work with php.
You would also need to register this new widget that you’ve created in the functions.php file.
Then you would need to add the css code for the new widget, and you’d need to adjust the slider widget so it can be shorter in width to make room for the other widget.
Then you would need to create the responsive css at the bottom to adjust when in mobile view.
