      Can you help me for this special customization ??

      The question is how to have a transparent header menu over the content in the same position ?

      Or how to have a similar menu bar that is over the content with a full width window ?

        The other site is using this – opacity: 0.6; to make the background transparent. So you could add that to your .head-wrap in your css.
