    Good evening all
    Just wondering if it is possible to create portfolios linking to pages rather than posts?

    Not at the moment due to the way the portfolio is setup. It’s basically a blog redesigned to show your posts in a portfolio format.

    I’ve been using a plugin called Portfolio Post Type – https://wordpress.org/plugins/portfolio-post-type/ which allows you to create a custom post type for each portfolio post…..I’m not sure if that will help or not.

    Also, you can remove the portfolio posts from showing up in your main blog page by excluding the category ID in your Genesis Theme Settings page.
